To gain the most benefit from your treatment:
- Increase your water intake to assist detoxification.
- Allow time to rest after the treatment.
- Reduce your consumption of alcohol/caffeine.
You may experience a range of responses. These are beneficial, mostly pleasant and short lived:
- Feeling sleepy or tired with improved sleep.
