Sharing Circle

A circle is a place to pause, breathe, and connect with yourself and others. Join our warm and confidential space for women (and those who feel called to sit in a women’s circle) to share and be heard.

The power of simply being heard

What this circle offers

  • A safe, held container to share as deeply – or lightly – as you’d like. Listening is just as powerful as speaking.
  • Choice: you share only if you wish to, always at your own pace.
  • Clear boundaries of confidentiality, kindness and no advice-giving.
  • Structured sharing time: everyone has a turn, with a simple time-keeper so all voices are honoured.
  • A gentle and supportive community that nurtures resilience, belonging and your own voice.
  • You choose how much or how little you wish to share, always at your own pace.

This circle is for women and for those who feel called to sit in a women’s circle.
