Cancellation policy

Due to an increase of last-minute cancellations/re-schedules and no-shows, we have been reluctantly obliged to instate new policies regarding your appointments. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients in need of our services.

Late policy

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Your session time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other clients. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other clients are not inconvenienced.

Cancellation

Please provide at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients who book appointments and cannot join for their scheduled appointment are granted full credit provided that at least a 24 hours notice is given. We do not provide deposit refunds for appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or for no show appointments.  We understand that genuine emergencies do occur, so this policy will be exercised at the clinic’s discretion.

Gift vouchers

All gift vouchers sales are final, with no refunds. The value of a single gift voucher cannot be split across multiple appointments, unless agreed at the point of sale.
